About us
Zino Tullio has manufactured precision metal parts at Ponte Lambro (CO), Italy, since 1958. A family-run machine shop specialising in production to customer drawing.
The machining cycle is carried out in-house: bar and chucking turning, milling, thread cutting, drilling, tapping, blanking and hot stamping. Surface treatments are coordinated by us through qualified suppliers, so the customer receives a finished part.
Our established sector is mechanical componentry for external solar shading: pergolas and terrace canopies, roller shutters and folding-arm awnings. From there production extended to window and door hardware, mechanical engineering, marine and construction.
Our series production runs in batches of 300 to 20,000 pieces, scheduled against the customer’s requirements. We supply the Italian and European markets with direct shipment.
